• All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
• Unless otherwise stated, all prices include VAT.

• Valid for first-time customers only.
• Maximum discount value: R250.
• Valid once per customer.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated.
• MokiHair may amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.

8. Coupon Codes

• Must be entered during checkout.
• Cannot be applied after an order has been completed.
• May have expiry dates.
• May require minimum purchase values.
• May only apply to selected products.

MokiHair reserves the right to cancel promotional codes that are misused.

9. Partner Codes

Customers may enter a valid MokiHair Partner Code during checkout.

• Partner Codes help attribute qualifying sales.
• Partner Codes do not automatically provide customer discounts.
• They must be entered before checkout is completed.

10. Shipping

Delivery options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Free Nationwide Delivery applies to qualifying orders over R360, subject to promotional conditions and delivery areas.

Returns may be accepted where products meet the requirements of our Returns Policy.

Products showing signs of misuse, alteration or damage caused after delivery may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

13. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before processing or dispatch.

Once dispatched, cancellation requests will be treated as return requests in accordance with the MokiHair Returns Policy.
